WEBSTER STREET
Upgrading was the primary goal for this Berkeley family and their classic Craftsman home. We began by repositioning windows and skylights to bring in cascading light and elevate the overall style. The new open kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, while glass-paneled doors now separate the home office from the family room. These interconnected spaces allow for easy circulation and natural light to flow between rooms. The new master bathroom suite, featuring a serene wet room, offers a spa-like, treetop retreat. Additionally, a ground-floor powder room tucked under the stairs captures previously unused space. The preserved classic architectural trim in the entry blends harmoniously with the modern detailing throughout the home.
